Light of Hope 2021

Last year the COVID-19 virus forced us to cancel our traditional community fundraiser that has historically hosted over 400 people. This year we are back on Thursday, September 2, 2021! Donations will be evenly distributed between CASA and CAPstone. Donations will be used for training and supervising volunteers for the CASA program, and for supplementing mental health counseling needs for non-offending caregivers whose abused or neglected children are seen at CAPstone.

  1. I’m donating to this cause not only because I love the work you do, but also in memory of my father, Judge James Macken. This was one of his works he initiated many years ago along with Judge Camerer. I’m so grateful to contribute to something that he felt so strongly about. Keep going people! You ARE touching lives and God is smiling upon you as you work so hard to ease a child’s painful burden. That is what it’s about at the end of the day. Thank you thank you!

    1. Thank you so much for thinking of us and donating in memory of your father. We greatly appreciate his contribution to our area and program in advocating for abused and neglected children!

  2. I believe all children deserve the chance to have a good and blessed life. My daughter is a CASA volunteer and I’m so proud of her for doing what she does!, therefore I choose to donate for all those in need.
